Consumer Rights
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law (Official Gazette of RS, no. 62/2014 and 6/2016 – Consolidated Law).
If you have received a delivery, and have found:
- If you have received a product you did not order that is on the invoice
- If you have received a product you did not order and it is not on the invoice
- You have not received the product you ordered which is on the invoice.
- That you received a product with an expired shelf life
- If you have received a damaged product
- If you have received a product that does not work
Please notify us of any damage to the shipment within 24 hours of receipt by telephone or email.. If you are unable to notify us within this timeframe, please let us know as soon as you are able. In such cases, we will resolve the issue in your favour as quickly as possible and in consultation with you.
In the event of a defect, we undertake to replace the product for you, and all replacement costs will be borne by JSP FASHION. JSP FASHION will replace the product with a new one or issue a refund as soon as possible, and in accordance with the legal procedure.
The customer can return the goods only with a receipt and a stated reason for the return:
- When ordering goods via the online shop, or by courier, the end customer has the legal right to return the goods within 14 days of the invoice date. Both working and non-working days are included in this period.
- If a customer is returning an item received via courier service, the legal deadline for this, from the date on the receipt, is 14 days. The customer should send the item to the address:
- Returned item and guarantee card
- Original receipt
- Reason for return written on paper
The returned product must be in the same condition as when it was acquired and must include all technical documentation (manual, declaration of conformity, warranty if applicable, packaging, etc.). The product must be free of any physical damage and signs of use. The customer is solely responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way that is not adequate, i.e., beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer. After 14 days from the date of receipt, JSP FASHION is not obliged to provide a refund or an exchange.
Upon receipt of the goods sent in this way, the service will check the condition and correctness of the item and inform us so that we can either hand them over to the customer or send a replacement.
