To order products from the online shop, please follow these steps:

Registration

You only need to register once; on subsequent visits, simply enter your email address and password, which the system will automatically recognise. Registration is free and is completed by selecting the “My Account” option. Below the text “New user?”, select “Register via email”. You will need to provide your email address, first and last name, home address (to which we would deliver your orders), a telephone number (so we can contact you to confirm your order), and a password to access your account after registration. To register, you must also read the privacy policy and data confidentiality statement and tick the box to agree to them. After submitting your details, you will receive an automatic email with a link to confirm your registration. Clicking the link in the email opens a page where you enter your email address and password to access your account by clicking the “Login” button.

Finding the product you want to buy

Products are organised by category. When you find a product you want to buy, click the “Select size” button, and then the “Add to basket” button.

Entering data on the method of delivery, payment and place of delivery

When you have finished adding products to your basket and wish to order them, select the “Basket” option, where all the items you have chosen are displayed. If you have changed your mind about any of the products, you can remove it from your basket or change the quantity. 

By clicking the “Continue with Order” button, you will be presented with options to select a payment method, a delivery method, and to choose a delivery address, which can be different from the one you provided when registering. 

The delivery address details are where you would like us to send your parcel, and for this reason, we ask that you provide all information as precisely as possible so that our couriers can find you with ease. In the event of incorrectly entered details, your parcel may be returned and delivery may be delayed.

Your order will be sent by courier. You can pay on delivery or by card.

Order review, confirmation and tracking

Before you confirm your order, you can review all its details once more. If you agree with it, select the “Order now” option, which will create the order. Before confirming your order, you must read the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase and agree to them. An order summary will be automatically sent to your registered email address upon confirmation of your order.

The seller will inform the buyer of the order's availability and the possibility of delivery within 1 to 3 working days. During seasonal sales periods, deviations from the stated timeframe may occur due to an increased workload.

The Seller will endeavour to check the availability of the ordered item as soon as possible. If all conditions for the purchase are met, the Seller will send an order confirmation to the email address provided by the Buyer upon registration, thereby accepting the offer to conclude the Contract. The Contract is considered concluded when the Seller notifies the Buyer of the order status and the delivery time for the ordered items.

If the Seller is unable to supply the ordered item, they will notify the buyer by email that it is no longer available and that the order has been cancelled. In that case, the Contract will not be concluded.

Product prices are clearly displayed on the Seller's website. The Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, as well as the right to add or withdraw any item from the offer at any time.

Payment

All prices on the website are shown inclusive of VAT.

 – Cash on Delivery – Payment on delivery involves paying the courier for your order upon collection of the parcel. Payment is accepted in cash only.

 – Payment cards – the customer can make payment using Visa, Mastercard and Maestro cards issued by a domestic bank.

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – the dinar (RSD).

For the informational display of prices in other currencies, the mid-rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount charged to your payment card will be expressed in your local currency through conversion at the rate used by the card schemes, which is not known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, a slight difference from the original price stated on our website may occur.

Product reservations in the basket

Products placed in your shopping basket are not reserved, even after you have completed your order. A product is only reserved once the order has been confirmed by the Seller, which will be sent by email. The Seller reserves the right to cancel part or all of an order, even after sending the confirmation to the Buyer that the ordered products can be delivered, in the event that it is unable to procure the ordered product. The Seller will inform the Buyer of this via email.

Shipping

Delivery of parcels is carried out by an independent courier service and is only available within Serbia. Delivery costs are charged separately and are shown at the time of ordering. You pay the delivery costs along with your products.,

Your delivery will be delivered within 7 working days from the date of confirmed order.

During sales periods, an increased workload may result in deviations from the stated delivery time.

The courier service delivers parcels between 08:00 and 16:00.

Upon delivery of the goods to the Customer, the Customer will be given a copy of the sales receipt, which also constitutes the contract of sale.

The Buyer is liable for any damage arising from its failure to take delivery of the goods which the Seller has dispatched in accordance with the contract.

Damage includes damage to the goods, as well as costs incurred by the Seller due to the Buyer's failure to collect the goods, such as: storage costs, repackaging, return of the goods and the like.

Creating orders by telephone or by other means

Should the customer choose to place their order by telephone or by any other means, it shall be deemed that the customer agrees to the general terms and conditions of purchase, as well as to the manner in which their data is used.

Replacement

The customer may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving the goods. An exchange refers to a change of size or a change of model. In the case of an exchange, the goods, together with the completed form

In the event of an exchange, the Customer is obliged to return the goods undamaged and without any signs of use, packaged in a way that will not damage the goods during handling. Otherwise, the Seller is not obliged to carry out the exchange.

The item being exchanged must be of the same or greater value than the item being replaced, with a top-up payment.

Return of Goods – Termination of Contract

The Buyer may return the goods, or cancel the Purchase Agreement, within 14 days of receipt of the goods. In the event of cancellation of the Agreement, the Buyer is required to do so using the form at the following link.  https://jspfashion.com/index.php?route=account/return/add.

Notice of cancellation of the Contract takes legal effect from the day it is sent to the Seller and is considered timely if it is sent within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

In the event of termination of the Contract, the Buyer is obliged to return the same goods undamaged and with no signs of use. Otherwise, the Seller is not obliged to refund the purchase price received to the Buyer. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer.

In the event of the termination of the Contract by the Buyer within the said period, The Seller shall refund the amount of the purchase price received to the Buyer within 14 days of receiving the Buyer's unilateral statement of termination of the Contract, provided that the Buyer has returned the goods to the Seller within the specified period, undamaged and without any signs of use.

In the event of an item being returned and a refund for payments made by credit or debit card, IDENTITY PLUS D.O.O. will process the refund via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods. This means that, at our request, the bank will credit the refund to the cardholder's account.

Complaint

In addition to a complaint to enforce your rights regarding conformity, you may also lodge a complaint about a miscalculated price and other defects.

It is presumed that the goods are in conformity with the Contract: 

  • if it corresponds to the description given by the Seller, and if it has the qualities of the goods which the Seller showed to the Buyer as a sample or model,
  • if it has the qualities necessary for the regular use of goods of the same kind,
  • if it has the properties necessary for the particular use for which the Customer is acquiring it,
  • if it corresponds to the quality that is customary for goods of the same kind and which the Buyer can reasonably expect, and to any public promises regarding the special properties of the goods made by the Seller, particularly if the promise was made through advertising or on the goods' packaging.

The buyer may lodge a complaint of non-conformity within 2 years from the date of purchase of the product or receipt of the goods, with the original receipt or any other proof of purchase.

If the non-conformity arises within 6 months of the date on which the risk passes to the consumer, it may be presumed that the non-conformity existed at the time the risk passed to the consumer.

You will receive a response to your complaint within 8 (eight) days of the date it was submitted.

We, as the seller, shall bear all costs necessary to bring the goods into conformity with the contract, in particular the costs of labour, materials, collection and delivery.

As the seller, we are obliged to provide the customer with a written confirmation or to confirm receipt of the complaint by electronic means, or to inform them of the reference number under which the complaint has been registered in the records of received complaints.

You can lodge a complaint:

The deadline for resolving a complaint cannot be longer than 15 days from the date the complaint was submitted. 

The deadline for resolving a complaint is interrupted when the consumer receives the seller's response and starts to run again when the seller receives the consumer's statement in response to the seller's reply. The consumer is obliged to provide their response to the seller's reply no later than 3 days from the date of receipt.

Extending the deadline for resolving complaints is only possible once. 

If the goods delivered do not conform to the Contract, the Buyer has the right to choose between the rectification of defects, replacement with the same or another item, and a refund.

The second item for exchange must be of the same or greater value, with a supplementary payment.

If rectification is not possible or would impose a disproportionate burden on the Seller, the Buyer may request a price reduction or declare the Contract terminated. Depending on the Buyer's request, the Seller is obliged to refund the entire purchase price or the part of the price for which a reduction has been agreed by the Seller to the Buyer within 14 days.

The Buyer also has the right to terminate the Contract if the Seller fails to remedy the non-conformity of the goods within the specified period.

The buyer shall not be entitled to terminate the Contract in any case if the non-conformity of the goods is insignificant.

In the event that the complaint is rejected, the seller is obliged to:
• to provide the consumer with appropriate notification in the event of a complaint rejection (the seller's justification for not accepting the complaint)
• to comprehensively inform the consumer of the possibility of out-of-court dispute resolution, as well as of the competent bodies for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes

The cost of returning goods in the case of a complaint is borne by the Seller.

The colour shade of the item may vary depending on the quality of the monitor used by the Customer to select items for purchase, and therefore the Seller shall not be held responsible for any differences between the displayed colour and the actual colour.

In the event of an item being returned and a refund for a payment made by credit or debit card, IDENTITY PLUS D.O.O. will process the refund via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods. This means that, at our request, the bank will credit the refund to the cardholder's account.Such a transaction may take several days, which is entirely dependent on the bank. . 

Notice to Consumers on the Obligation to Participate in Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes
A consumer dispute can be resolved through the out-of-court consumer dispute resolution procedure. As a trader, we are obliged to inform you that we are required by law to participate in this procedure.
Out-of-court consumer dispute resolution is carried out in a transparent, efficient, speedy and fair manner before an out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body.
