Refund Policy

In the event of a return of goods and a refund to a customer who has previously paid by a payment card, in whole or in part, and regardless of the reason for the return, JSP FASHION is obliged to process the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will, at the request of the seller, credit the funds to the cardholder's account.
