Personal data is any data that directly or indirectly relates to, or can be used to identify, you as an individual. The legal basis governing data protection and the conditions for the processing of your data is the Personal Data Protection Act („Official Gazette of the RS“, no. 87/2018), hereinafter referred to as the ”Act").
JSP FASHION processes your personal data in connection with the use of the web shop and is responsible for the processing of your personal data.
You can contact us via email address jsp@sbb.rs or by calling the telephone number +381 (11) 2621 994.
- How do we collect or obtain your personal data?
We collect your personal data when it is relevant for your needs as a consumer, or for our business (e.g. when you purchase and/or order products from us, when you register to receive our newsletter, Viber messages, or SMS messages, when you contact our call centre, etc.).
We generally obtain information directly from you when you order certain products or services, or complete a form.
All your personal information is treated as confidential, and JSP FASHION keeps it secure.
- What data we collect from you
JSP FASHION is authorised to collect data about its customers by virtue of the Consumer Protection Act itself. The personal data we process, depending on your interaction with our online shop, includes the personal data of both registered members and visitors to the shop, as well as individuals who otherwise interact with us.
Your data is necessary for us to conclude a distance sales contract, create an order, and fulfil our obligations under the sales contract – for delivery, payment collection, receipt, and handling of complaints.
During the online purchase process, you need to enter your details in the fields provided (first name, surname, email address, telephone number, address). You can complete your purchase even if you are not registered on the website, by checking out as a guest. We use data collected in this way exclusively to fulfil the sales contract, which includes managing and tracking orders and communicating with you.
Depending on how you have contacted us and the nature of your enquiry, the data we process may include your first name, surname, telephone number, email address, and other information about you that you have shared with us in relation to your enquiry.
We may process data collected in this way for the purpose of responding to your enquiries, for statistical purposes, and to improve our business. For statistical purposes, the data will be anonymised so that it can no longer be linked to a specific individual.
